DTDC Courier & Cargo — parcel not delivered and tracking shows wrong destination | |
I had sent a parcel via dtdc courier to ahmedabad on 8th august 2019, from bangalore. It has not been delivered yet, as on 16th august. It was promised to be delivered in 3 days. Their online tracking wrongly shows the destination as gurgaon. I have raised a complaint on their website, but there is no response. Nobody picks up the call on the customer care number also.
