Sir I had ordered from online site ItsyBitsy and the seller had sent the parcel via B96565705 to my son Shivendera Singh at Gaur city 2, Greater Nida West (UP). Please check the delivery status. On 01 Dec 2021 delivery executive of noida ph3 branch gave an excuse that receiver not available. My daughter was in the flat all day. Next day firstly he wrote an excuse that address is incomplete or wrong and on the same day later he again qouted that receiver not available. If address was wrong how come he found it after 7 hours? My son contacted DTDC office and was told that the parcel will be delivered but till date the parcel where abouts are not known to me. Kindly look into the matter.
