Hello, My parcel with no- H27761245 has not been delivered to me. They have delivered it to a wrong address and that person has signed it. I have already complained to the DTDC customer service, but they are not responding properly. Please look into it. My parcel no. Is H27761245 Thank you Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (0)
Feb 18, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I directly contacted the delivery guy ( number I got it from my friend who works in one of the DTDC ) he took the parcel from the wrongly delivered address and gave it to me. The DTDC customer service did not help in anyway. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
