DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel not delivered

I sent a parcel on 21st April to be delivered to Poland. I am unable to see any tracking details after 25th april. This is very critical document. I was charged 1800, but still it is not delivered. consignment ref no:N97681962.
No one is helping me from dtdc called them multiple times, but they are clueless. This is a very critical document and time bound
Please help.

Information received from you is fake as there is no any curfew is going also Airways flights connections is as usual and regular between Delhi and Leh
