I booked one parcel from bangalore to get delivered to surat on 14th march, 2019. Till now the parcel didn't get delivered and now the status is showing — not delivered (Consignment redirected) — mile misroute - (Otr).

Receiver details — amiraj khatrani in surat

Its being 7 days and till the parcel is not delivered.

Dear sir
There is over charge 10 rs by courier center and also bill with 65 rs but I got mail by dtdc there mention only 55 rs
Its not a 10 rs issue but type of service and standard of dtdc so please tack action
Also attach bill copy and email screen shot
