DTDC Courier & Cargo — parcel not delivered even after long time and no response from company

My parcel contained very important documents and dtdc staff assured me that it will be delivered very next day. I submitted it by paying 1000rs and now even after 3 days the parcel is undelivered and no one is responding about this issue. The parcel contained very important and expensive material and that was informed at the time of submitting parcel.
I hope someone will seek into my issue otherwise i'll file a complain in consumer court and ask for compensation...

Truely very bad experience and ill never use dtdc anymore
