On 29/6/18 i booked a parcel containing cloth sample to our client in vasundhara, up, i paid premium as it was urgent as sample was to reach our exporter client. As the parcel not reached to client, i enquired with the dtdc agent after 3-4 days, he told me that the parcel is wrongly delivered to some one else and we will pick it from their and deliver to correct address. Since than, every day i am making an enquiry but getting the same answer. What is this? Is this the service you promise? How will be accountable for the loss i incurred in terms of loosing the key client? If i don't get the parcel delivered on correct address within 24 hours of my registering this complain, i will be compelled to file a complain to consumer court.
