[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel not received but status showing received

Consignment no - X37261051. I sended parcel from chennai to Surat with proper pincode 395008. But now the status showing its delivered and pincode is 395001. But reciver not recived parcel. Please help me to get my parcel. I will attach proof. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Jul 05, 2022 Updated by Manoranjitham arjunan Attached tracking status and pod copy. Someone signed in the name of reciver company without contact no and date. Jul 05, 2022 Updated by Manoranjitham arjunan I checked with know dtdc office help. They checked n said that everything updated in status was fake. I will attach the proof. Even reciver sign n contcat no shown also fake. Contact no mentioned was switched off. Attached proof
