This is regarding a parcel with consignment no. B57117923 which is not delivered to me where as the tracking says that its delivered.. I have visited the branch office.. Contacted a lot of dtdc employees.. But i didn't find my package then i filed a complaint with case no. 12214258.. But i didn't get a response for that yet..
