Sir,
With due respect i want to say that i am from assam. One of my friend sent me a parcel from mumbai on 6 jan. It reached guwahati on 10 jan. But they didn't send the parcel in last 13 days. It will take only 12 hr to reach the destination address. I am really feeling very disappointed with this service. My tracking id is 57876155. So sir please do something so that i will get get my parcel in next 24 hour.

I was trying to send courier to uk
But thr person in the dtdc office hingne Sinhagad road was not knowing how to send the courier
I was waiting for a long time in the office .
The service was very bad
Please take some action about that person
I was waiting for almost half an hour.
