We booked a parcel to deliver it on urgent basis from thane to pune via dtdc v56982901 dated 27.11.2019 which was undelivered stating incomplete address. Whereas, we have provided complete address along with pincode and contact details. But, no efforts were made by them to contact us at both the ends. And, still we have not received (After returning) it at our end.

Kindly do the needful and refund our amount. Rs.250/-

Consignment No. Z23512233 dispatched on 29th Nov 2019 from Chandigarh for Halol in Gujarat not yet delivered and the tracking system is not updated in the system after 2nd Dec, it happened twice with DTDC, loosing faith on DTDC, Pls look into the concern raised.
