DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcel was delivered to wrong address and they are not reclaiming

Hi Sir,

I made an international courier which costed 7K and the cost of the package was 20k. However DTDC made an error in typing the address and the package was delivered to a wrong address.

I have been following up with DTDC from the last two months to reclaim the package or to deliver the package to the right address, but there is no action from their end.

My Package Number is N97299015.

cn no. M[protected]th tareekh ko dtdc from k.T. Rode se ahamdabad ke liye bheja hai par abhi tak ahamdabad nahi pachuchha hai. Aur dtdc se koi jankari nahi di jarhi hai.
