DTDC Courier & Cargo — Parcels not delivered

Cn no is d34331313. My parcels are not delivered. They were dispatched from durgapur west bengal on 2nd june 2017 but it's been 1 week but the parcels are not delivered yet. Didn't get any update from dtdc as well. No phone calls were answered when tried reaching customer complaint number. I want to know why and i want my parcels to be delivered by tomorrow.

The parcels were delivered on the 8th day after dispatching them. Service is very slow and had to call the person in charge numerous times before it was delivered at the doorstep. Unsatisfied with dtdc service.
