As per the tracking status of parcel it was was mentioned that :incomplete address". I have raised a query on 31 jul 2020 late afternoon for delivering the parcel and also given the full address.in this connection i have received an mail with case number[protected]. Saturday customer care has luckily picked up the call and assured that the parcel will be delivered on 03 aug 2020 positively. But still the parcel is not delivered. Since morning the # customer care service is also not picking the call. I have called more that 15 times, but no response.
Very pathetic and filthy response from courier department and also from your unprofessional customer care service.
