DTDC Courier & Cargo — Payment completed but service not received

On 28th sept, 2020, i did a booking on mydtdc app (Booking no. #[protected]. And complete my payment via upi using paytm at 07:14pm, the payment was successful. The money is deducted from my account. But when i checked my mydtdc app it's showing 'payment awaited' since then. They didn't respond to my calls in their working hours also. Now everything on the app is freezed. I tried to get support from their web link to 'raise a service query', https://www.dtdc.in/tracking_query_form.asp, but there also the submit button isn't working. On 1st Nov, 2020, i did a booking on mydtdc app (Booking no. #[[protected]]. And complete my payment via net banking añd the payment was successful followed by the deduction from my account. But when i checked my mydtdc app it's showing 'payment awaited' since then. They didn't respond to my calls in their working hours also. Then i cancelled my booking to get back the amouny but since then nothing has
changed and no confirmation has been received. I tried to get support from their web link to 'raise a service query', https://www.dtdc.in/tracking_query_form.asp, but there also the submit button isn't working. There's no way to contact them to get any support hence i came here.
