DTDC Courier & Cargo — Pickup not done

I had scheduled a pickup for Dec 05, 2022 through DTDC app. I paid the entire amount Rs. 1276 via the app. Tracking id- D48136215. The pick-up was never done. I had a follow up with their customer care team thrice in one day on Dec 6, 2022. Despite their reassurances of priority pick-up, there was no response from the ground team. The courier was urgent and after 2 days, it's still not picked up. So much for their claims of express service. I haven't seen a more unprofessional service in my life. I will be posting this complaint on multiple complaint forums as well as social media.
