I Saurav Pallial received a damaged rice cooker from your courier delivery Tracking Number :: D54679367.

It was clearly mentioned to the team that it was a rice cooker and needs to be handled with care. The DTDC team member opened up the parcel and carefully packed it in front of my parents at your Dharamshala branch and ensured that the courier will reach safely at Kolhapur.
The remarks were clearly mentioned on the note stating that it is a rice Cooker and after careful examination, packing again by your team and trusting your team that it was dispatched.
To my astonishment, i received the courier in fully damaged conditions - pictures are attached. It was a gift for me and now that i see it is totally broken and non-functional.
I had tracked the courier many times in between but the last update was AMBALA and after that it reached me in almost a week.
Now when i opened it, i am totally disappointed with the services.
I tried calling the customer care but have not received any response from them.
No one is ready to accept the fault and just running away.
It was worth INR 3784 and only on your assurance i had asked it to be couriered.
This is not the 1st time i have used DTDC, but surely this would be my last in case the matter is not resolved now.
It leaves me with no other option than to write a mail to you and subsequently post this on social media if i do not get the claim for the damage that is done because of the poor service provided by you to your regular customers.
Expecting an early solution to the above
