Dear Sir
With reference to subject matter, this is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. We handed over the packet with consignment number Z[protected]Origin- Vaishali, Uttar Pradesh and Destination is Faridabad) on date 10th November, 2018.
Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. this parcel Contains very important and confidential documents of the company.
When We contacted Customer care either it says Number is not in service or remains all time busy. I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that packet is delivered by 16th November, 2018.
If we will not get proper response from your side, we will file complaint before District consumer Disputes redressal Forum against your courier company.

Neither The company emailed nor they have called. When I have tried to call customer care -LINES always BUSY. So we hereby request you kindly look into this matter and do not waste our prestigious time You do not know whats the important and confidential Documents in Original are in the packet. So kindly reply properly, otherwise we have to take strong action against your company
