N. C kansil & sonshave booked an item yesterday 17/3/2017 by air from model basti, new delhi to kochi. The docket no given is d30331854. I have tracked the number but it is not available. The item is very urgently required here by monday 20/03/2017 so i have told despatch it by air. Please inform me the current position of the item wether it is loaded, despatched or not and take necessary steps to make the item available here on time.
