DTDC Courier & Cargo — product

I sent a parcel worth ₹ 500 on 21st of june from malad east (Shah arcade 3) branch, mumbai. It was supposed to reach the receipent with 6-7 as per their claim but till date hasn't reached nor it came back to me. Also the tracking details are not being updated since 22nd june (Screenshots attached). The incharge person also dropped a mail to the jaipur head incharge person to deliver it as soon as possible but even their head hasn't replied to their mails. It is so irresponsible of them to not inform the status of the parcel and not even accept if it's lost in transit. I would like to get a refund as i am running an online business and my client wants a refund for the same. Thanks to dtdc i have lost some of reputation.
