I sent a laptop to pune for my sister using dtdc services. My sister received damaged product in package and she asked me it has written as books on the courier and in e tracking. As soon i came to know about thE DAMAGE of my laptop, I made a call to dtdc authorities to claim my damages and they asked for two days time. After waiting a week I again made a call to them, their answer was insane saying that they will sell my laptop and give money to me and they can't give any claim on damages. Is this how the dtdc authorities respond? They charged me with insurance while taking the payment and later on on after the damage happened they said i sent without insurance. They are customer by unfair service practices. I attached every photo of the package. I need my damages to be rectified.
