Hello sir, On 25 feb 2019 i received a message from dtdc that tracking no x30531199 this consignment is delivered to you but i didn't received any consignment, so i called that delivery agent of yours but he said that your consignment is delivered to a third person he will give it to you, how without my concern they can give my consignment to third person and now am unable to get that product.
