DTDC Courier & Cargo — Product delivered to unknown person and address

I have ordered sarees online, I have sent the wrong Pincode to the sender (Kakinada). My parcel booking date is 23rd October 2020 Tracking ID: H98564477. Instead of adding Pincode 504203, I have sent 591302. I have called to DTDC Customer call center 6 times till now. Earlier they said i will get a call from DTDC by evening 06:00 PM. Now they are saying parcel is delivered to someone. How can they deliver the parcel to some unknown? I need my money back from the company.
