DTDC Courier & Cargo — product delivery not on time

I had booked a product to deliver on my pincode 110045 from ambala chandigarh 27/01/2018, curior partner told it will be deliverd on 29/1/2018 as i was in need of that on 29/01/2018 so he told charge will be high of rs 750/ and i paid but they failed to deliver it till 30/01/2018 and updated was door was closed on 29/01/2018.. But whole family was waiting for that product and they did not even col. So now i want to register case of flase commitment against company
