DTDC Courier & Cargo — Product have to pickup from their office only

I wanted to complain against DTDC Nautanwa. It’s my 3rd time experience, they never deliver to given address, instead always ask to pick it up from their office.

What’s the meaning of giving complete detail home address, if it has to delivered in DTDC courier office only?

They just always have some false reasons like delivery boy is not available to deliver, he met with an accident, tried to call on number but not reachable, etc. Due to which customer have to pick up from their office. Also, inappropriate behaviour when said not able to pick up, please deliver to given address.

This is really frustrating, if cannot do proper service, please shut it down.
