DTDC Courier & Cargo — product in transit for past 6 days

My dtdc awb consignment number is p47577902.
There has been no status update post 18th august. For the past 6 days it is showing the same thing. The destination code is also wrong. The original destination pin is 700032 instead of 700007. The parcel is to be delivered from pune to kolkata. I would request you to give this immidiate attention. The parcel is extremely urgent and i need it right away. Please do something about it.

DTDC charges are too high
From Maharashtra to Assam
DTDC charges 360 by surface n 600 by air...
It's more than foreign courier
Pathetic service...misplaced one parcel of my...
They charge whatever they feel like...
