DTDC Courier & Cargo — Product missing from the package | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, We sent a courier through DTDC from St. Marks road bangalore 560001 to Shimla Himachal pradesh 173212 in DTDC PLUS consignment with secure packing. However, after delivery of the package to the destination we found that the product inside the package is missing. Here is the tracking No: V28357498 the value of the product in Rs.5392/- We have faced the same kind of issue in DTDC many times but it is no use. As it was in secure packing we can assume that it is from DTDC courier the product has been miss placed or theft.
