DTDC Courier & Cargo — product not delivered after 20 days being shipped

My courier with tracking id d47004479, has shipped on 27/10/18 and is still not delivered to me. I raised a complaint but still no resolution. The status is showing that product is out for delivery but when i contacted nearby office in my district, they told me that they have not received the parcel and also they refused to track it because they are not responsible for it and asked me to contact customer care, but there is actually no customer care no. For dtdc. Please deliver my parcel soon

My mobile phone is damaged during the transportation even though all precautions were taken and i received the damaged product.I have contacted so many times but no response from your side.I find it very difficult to believe your irresponsible behaviour. Please resolve the issue.
