Hi... I sent a product through your service 3 weeks ago.
The recipient says they didnt receive the product.

Regarding this, I have called your cx care numbers & emails.
But no response at all.

The product was a nova trimmer.
& The recipient was Nova head office located in Bangalore.
The product was sent through a DTDC office in Hyderabad. Gachibowli
