DTDC Courier & Cargo — product not delivered | |||||
The courier was sent to our company name at Sanand location but when i called to customer care regarding tracking of courier they said that the address is not in delivery area. If it not in deliver area then why DTDC courier service has accepted the courier from origin. I think there is no control of DTDC of no such check of DTDC regarding this type of act. The money of sender was totally waste because of this act by courier company also they are asking us to come there to collect courier at there Ahmedabad office (Which is 40 Kms. away).
