My consignment number is b56317143, and my package is not delivered at korangrapady udupi. From last four days, it is showing the same status. Receiver's address is 6 km away from udupi sorting office, and 4 days have been passed since it arrived at udupi sorting office. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, that is invalid number. Provided one more number, that is not reachable. Dtdc customer care just for formality took complaint, but no proper response from them. You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with dtdc. I am regretting, why i chose dtdc.

Updated by Anitha Prasanna Sep 5th courier B56317143 reached to Udupi office . But still not delivered. Status is paused. Customer care given a number to contact udupi hub office, that is invalid number. They given DTDC Hub office address its in Adi udupi. When we gone there hub office got shifted some where else itseems. But no information where it got shifted. Not even updated in dtdc site. number not working. Then whom to contact. So disgusting service I have never seen. People pls dont use this third class courier service ever.
