I hereby inform you that it is 3rd time i am sending you e-mail regarding same complaint.
My consignment no. Is k15978725, which was delivered to somewhere else in kestopur, kolkata, instead of me on 13th november, 2018. Regarding that registered complaint to dtdc (Case no. 13161316,
Case no.[protected]. Local dtdc agent mr. Suvankar mukherjee (Dtdc, kestopur) didn't cooperate with me. Last wedneaday, it was decided by dtdc kolkata office that mr. Subhankar mukherjee would pay me compensation of rs.900/- (Rs.800/- as product price+courier charge 100/-). As per their instruction, on the very next day i went to meet mr. Subhankar mukherjee at his office to get my compensation, but he told me that he would send it to me through someone else. I believed his words as once he was my neighbour and i know his family very well. But 3 days past, he didn't send the money. I whatsapped him a lot of time. He didn't bother to answer. Today i talked with him over phone and as he said that he is out of station right now and he would pay the compensation on monday, so, i told him that if i don't get the compensation on next monday, then i would move in my way. I can't rely on dtdc any more. I have already waited almost 45days. Hearing all these, suddenly, he became furious, and told me that i am threatening him and i may complaint to dtdc, i may go to police, or i may go to consumer forum even. He doesn't bother. He will negotiate with his company dtdc. I didn't understand how my words could be considered as threatening. I have the audio clip. If you want, then i could send it to you.
Not only that, his wife phoned me today and literally threatened me and said she is only forgiving me as she knows my parents very well, otherwise she would take revenge and many more.. All rubbish.
So, now i decided to move literally in my way and have complained against dtdc to national consumer forum. The docket number is 1077596.
This is not a matter of only rs.900/-, rather it's a matter of commitment to customer, responsibility, proper behaviour with customer and not lingering the matter unnecessarily. I didn't expect this kind of irresponsible act from dtdc.
Hope, now you will take this matter seriously and do as per necessity.
