I had a courier from byju's bengaluru in the name of my son arnav sharma under tracking id b90884396. Dtdc palampur courier service did not call me once and returned the courier. It was a very important document iam suffering a lot due to the negligence of dtdc palampur. Kindly take necessary action to solve my problem so that i may not be suffered in future.

Updated by Sapna Awasthi I had suffered a lot due to the negligence of DTDC Palampur as they returned my courier without calling me.tracking ID No. B90884306.It was second time they returned my courier and never try to contact me.Icame to know through the tracking ID thatmy product had been returned.It is very disappointing.Kindly solve my problem.

In the Order it is showing that the address is incorrect

My tracking id is B66285525 and my problem is the order is out for delivery but it is showing 07th sep'19 Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))
