An envelope containing a document had been sent via DTDC courier from Brookfield, Bangalore on 28th December 2016. The envelope has not been delivered to me in Parappanangadi, Malappuram.
When tracked, it showed delivered, but after further enquiry at the Bangalore office, they gave address and phone number of DTDC office at Changuvetty, Kotakkal. The phone numbers given were not functional.
Next, I tried calling the Kochi Regional office, but unfortunately none of the numbers available on their website or on the internet worked.

I wrote a mail to their consumer support on January 18 with all relevant details and they registered a Case# 05520933. One mail asking the Kotakkal office for update was also copied to me. A few days back, I wrote another mail of enquiry regarding the same.

For the last 10 days though, I have got no responses at all.
At any cost, I want to receive that document. The document is extremely important to me.

After the complaint was posted on the forum, within 4-5 days, I got a call from the Bangalore headquarters of DTDC enquiring about the consignment. Later, the Kochi office called me and gave me the correct status of the consignment, that it is lying at their Kottakal office because the address is non-serviced area (having informed me several times earlier that it was delivered with my signature taken) In another 2 days, the consignment was delivered to a place agreed to by me and the Kottakkal office.

DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
