I sent my courier (B[protected] on tuesday 27th november 2016 (Screenshot attached), it reached delhi on thursday and on the same day an attempt was made for the delivery which was very impressive, but unfortunately my courier did not get delivered because the area i sent the courier to was our of their service area. I want a refund of my courier
So below are the pointer where they went wrong:
- the information could have been given to me at the time of booking
- the same information could have been conveyed to me at the time of delivery.
- i wrote an email to them and they replied to me that the courier should be back in the shipment (Origin) office within 2-3 days (Screenshot attached) but today is 2nd december
And i haven/t got my courier back it's been 5 days now and i have no clue where my courier is.
So a strict action should be taken against as it was supposed to be delivered on time which did not happen. This is pathetic when you pay for good service and you don't get it. I also tried calling on following number and no one picked up the phone,[protected], [protected].
