DTDC Courier & Cargo — Product not delivered since 3 days

I can’t received my parcel since 15th of june 2023 the parcel was came in agra on 15th june but today is 19 june but the company could not deliver my parcel. I contact customer care they say it can deliver you soon but i can’t get . I requested customer care to give the address of dtdc service they say i will gave in mail but didn’t get the mail from dtdc since last 2 days. I can’t call also now number is unreachable now. Dtdc is wrost company ever what can i do now i am a student I can’t hire lawer or another thing.
