[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — product not received

I've booked a parcel on 6th july from bahamanian to kolkata vip nagar (700100) with the tracking number - k34911172 but the product has been received by lakeview branch yesterday morning and after that no update from the vendor as it is almost 24 hours over but no update or no call from the hub and the customer didn't received the product till so please help me regarding this product

Receiver address - 231 purba panchanna gram, dakshinpara, vip, vip nagar, kolkata - 700100, near abhahani club
