[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — product not received in time & no support from the company.

My courier was booked in delhi on 14 august'19, with consignment no. - z12500896. It reached the kanpur facility at around 1 am on 16 aug, and till now four working days has passed and the product has not been delivered. Every time i call the dtdc, delhi centre, the reply is that the consignment will be delivered in few hours, but it's been three days of continuous calling. Dtdc, kanpur guys are not picking up the call. I also mailed them (Case number[protected] but still there's no response mail from them. Also, on calling the dtdc delhi centre today, the guy told me that "if the parcel is so urgent pick it up yourself from the kanpur facility" instead of waiting for the parcel. I was expecting the parcel on friday and max to max on monday but it's been 9 days but still no delivery.

The product was delivered but the delivery guy informed me that there were delivery boys who daily visited my locality for delivery and also, the product was not assigned to him. He just picked the packet and delivered when he saw that. (This was opposite to the info the DTDC guys provided me on phone, that there's a strike or there are no delivery boys or we do not deliver to this address frequently and so on)

DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by mayank_rawat Finally, DTDC kanpur staff picked up the phone and they said that it's out for delivery

My shipment number was M76602044.
I recieved my courier today, dated 22th August 2019.
My product was badly damaged.Box parcel will throw up And the contents of it were displaced.
It was pretty important for me. It contained watch items. And you people ruined it. What can be done now, kindly tell me.

Tracking ID K32647202, showing OUT FOR DELIVERY from the morning and I m at the home to recieve but no one came even no phone call and at the evening 8.30 they updated RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE, what the nonsense is going on with DTDC
