June 30th was the pick up date from my location. I had sent some packaged food for my dear ones in mumbai. And on July 2, the parcel has reached Mumbai- Sakinaka Apex, but after which there has been no movement of the parcel. It's already July 7th now and no action has been taken inspite of raising complaint twice.
I had availed "Air cargo" service so that the food would reach my destination within 3 days as promised by DTDC couriers while booking it. But now i am sure that my packaged food would have been rotten by now.
Poor customer service - Tried reaching DTDC helpline number approx 15 times, most of the times the call hangs up saying we will call you shortly after waiting in line for 10mins. But no calls have been received yet. The agent says that they are not responsible for any such activities happening in mumbai apex.
This is the worst courier service that i have experienced till now. The mumbai apex doesn't attend call or even bother to solve my query. Please help in taking appropriate steps. I demand justice for the money i have spent on my parcel.
