My friend send me a shipment on 17 june 2020 and since 23rd june it's sitting at my local hub which is 40km+ away from me, customer executive stated that because i'm far away from local hub they won't deliver it but, the product sender have specifically mention my pin code while sending the product and even his local hub told that my pincode is serviceable even on their website it's showing serviceable... What i do wanna say is if my location was far away from them and they don't wanna serve it why the just told us false information about it being available? Called them several times i need my parcel they just tell me they will try but no updates from them at all never gonna recommend it... If you are unable to reach my pincode simply don't lie us that you will serve over that place... Apologies for my bad english
