DTDC Courier & Cargo — product still not delivered even after 12 days of booking date.

I ordered a diary from Delhi which was dispatched through DTDC on 11/08/2019 to Hubli although the status is showing that it has reached Hubli office on 13/08/2019 but still my parcel is not been delivered. It's been more then 10 days, even after multiple follow ups every time i get to hear the same answer that the customer care executive will get back to me after some time but there's no response.

Is this how you provide services to your customers?
Very poor service by DTDC.

We people prefer DTDC for priority delivery purpose not to keep on waiting for days to get our product delivered, very disappointing.

Kindly track my parcel and get it delivered at the earliest, tracking number is Z25967243
