[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — Product/Parcel not delivered

Parcel was booked on 20/05/2022 and I was told that the parcel will be delivered by 23/05/2022. But so far I haven't received the parcel. I have raised the complaint with DTDC and following it up with them, even after they said they have escalated the issue, I have not received the parcel.

They gave wrong narrative that the mentioned address is wrong and when I spoke to the customer care executive they told that the deliverable address is proper address.

Need help to get my parcel. Please find the parcel details
