Dear sir.
I have send rakhi to my brother in law at dated on 18/08/2018 in varanasi but it has not delivered till 01/09/2018. So many times i complaint but conditions are same till now. Rakhi is a sentimental issue so i have choosen courier. Also i have called varanasi courier at dated on 25/08/2018 but no one was receiving call.
In that condition what i do please help me.

I have courier bills I. Tadepalligudem dtdc courier service on 17/8/2018 to Vijayawada up to today I haven't delivered my courier to who I couriered I need urgent sloution for my courier other wise I am going to file a case on courier service so plz take action on this immediately
