DTDC Courier & Cargo — received completely damaged parcel | |||||
My friend brought one makeup kit from dubai which cost around 5k which he then sent by dtdc courier from bhopal to pune. The status of the parcel was not updated since 15 oct 2018 and today (19 oct) i have received my parcel. The makeup kit which i have received is completely broken. I don't know how they have done the movement of this. All the products which is inside a metallic box are damaged and the metallic box is itself completely damaged.
