This experience is subject to isolated incidents & should not reflect on the DTDC brand as a whole.
I have had a good history o[censored]sing DTDC services for a decade.
Getting back to the purpose of my reach-out: I had downloaded DTDC mob app on the 31st of Jan 2022 & raised a service inquiry for the 1st of Feb '2022 & paid INR325 through Paytm services to book DTDC pick-up service.
After waiting through the 1st of Feb 2022 & called the Domestic customer service number & connected with a representative after being on hold for 6 minutes.
The customer service was utterly disrespectful in a matter of clarity of speech/listening, which led to more frustration knowing my INR325 has gone down the drain.
This customer representative kept interrupting me & was not willing to listen to my concern.
My immediate concern is whether I will be able to get a refund for a service I never received & secondary concern is whether this particular representative is the only customer care executive that we consumers have to deal with.
This experience is turning beyond the meager amount of refund that I ask for.
