I had send a consignment with tracking no v51126016, to my girl friend in kolkata On her birthday using ur dtdc plus service from bangalore. However, it has not been delivered in time. As per ur dtdc plus service, consignment should have been delivered next day only. You have spoiled my surprise and my girl friend's birthday as well. I even contacted and requested the concerned franchise of kolkata dtdc, he was telling my delivery was on leave. If the delivery was on leave, how can the status be shown that the door was locked. This is very irresponsible and poor service. You people have no emotions. Now what is the meaning of sending the gift by dtdc plus paying more money. I want my money as refund. My consignment no is Z78998356 which is showing not delivered but at Gowlidoddi, Hyderabad they are saying that it has been delivered. I can't contact that office because the number which is given is not reachable. Please help me I have my important documents in it which I need urgently
