DTDC Courier & Cargo — Regarding delay in booking of parcel

Address:Dhule

P57819879 had been couriered on 24/5/2021 at 3.00 pm from Dhule, but for no reason it was booked on 26/5/2021 from the said office .Have a photocopy of receipt as proof.why was this delay.This is my second bad experience with Dtdc.
