Our one parcel was booked by DTDC from Bangalore to Nashik (Maharashtra) The tracking site shows material has been delivered where as it has not been delivered and DTDC Delivery person says it is been sent to head office and at head office there is no trace of the material. we are not able to understand where this material is, Please Provide the delivery received copy so that we can come to some conclusion its more then 15 Days we are trying to trace it.
