This is to inform you that your delivery person name "anil" is very careless in his work. My delivery address came under his delivery area but due to his careless and unprofessional behaviour, he always asks me to come to office to receive parcel. He is taking his job as granted and due to him your customers are suffering. I will file a case against him under the consumer law if this type of activity again happens.
