Parcel wasnot delivered and send back without conset, complaints are as follows I) i was not contacted on mobile phone as mentioned on the parcel Ii) being in indian army we except our couriers to reach us on time, being away from family, and after contacting dtdc upagar, they refused to deliver the courier to army area before evening calling stating it as restricted area Iii) dtdc upnagar nashik branch on calling them up, showed reluctance to even call the phone number before sending back the parcel The discomfort to an indvl serving in army when a parcel in time could be imense, request to look into it The photocopy of the dtdc recipt with tracking number is attached Was this information helpful? | |||

When i opened the box there was watches, but not the original product which they showed in the picture and the vedio.when i tried to return the product there was no information or contact or mail id, so plese i want to get my money back.so plese reply to me .
